SMS Messaging Terms

Participants who choose to receive study-related text messages may opt in by texting START to (480) 531-8199 after being presented with SMS participation information during the study screening or enrollment process. Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary. The study does not collect SMS consent through this website.

Participants who opt in may receive messages at or from (480) 531-8199, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and study-related support and communications. Message frequency is up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. A final confirmation message may be sent after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact the study at (480) 965-5477 or [email protected].

Participants should provide a valid mobile number and notify the study if their number changes or is reassigned. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to wireless-network availability.

Accuracy and availability
